Launched in 2019, The Hixon at Westside Yard is Bend, Oregon’s largest mixed-use development. Drawing direct inspiration from the community and environment that abounds.
The Hixon feels new, exciting, yet familiar. It provides unique-to-Bend features for its adrenaline-seeking residents, such as a bike tuning shop, dog wash room, and storage for oversized gear.
We were tasked with creating a modular, market-appropriate identity system for signage, interior design, and marketing applications.
The identity system was highly instrumental in connecting with a tenant base, making lease-up a breeze, far-and-away outperforming projections.
