More specifically, it’s about proactively building, maintaining, and growing a library of assets— photos, graphic elements, tagline and headlines, design templates, videos, color palettes, etc.— to pull from at a moment’s notice.
So when you need that perfect snowboard shot for the winter quarterly, but the ad is due in October, you’re ready to go. When that super-influential blogger needs a mugshot and an elevator pitch in two hours, just drop her a link. And you’ll never get complaints about weird stuff like dpi and pantone matching from designers or printers as you race to the finish line preparing for the big trade show.
